Sledge Gym Membership $100.00 one time initiation fee
$55.00 monthly with auto-pay from credit card/debit card. No Initiation fee & can be canceled anytime with 30 day notice.
$75.00 a month (Non-auto pay)
Sledge Unlimited Membership & Sledge Classes
